Kim True
Director of Programs
Kim brings a deep of experience, creativity, and leadership to her role as Director of Programs. A former teacher and longtime Quest team member, she offers unmatched insight across all service areas-from Day Training and CA/CLS to Residential Services. Kim supports and supervises each program coordinator, reviews new client referrals, and helps drive the development of new ideas. Her dedication, resourcefulness, and energy make her an essential part of Quest’s success.

Evelyn Keene
Compliance Director
Evelyn works closely with state agencies, Medicaid, families, and participants to ensure Quest remains compliant and high-quality in all areas. She oversees incident reporting, supports medication monitoring, and helps train new hires. Evelyn also leads satisfaction surveys, maintain safety drill compliance, assists with DDID reviews, and contributes to the agency’s Quality Improvement Plan and website upkeep. Her attention to detain and passion for doing things right make her a vital part of the Quest team.

Amy Hargrave
Human Resources & Accounting
Amy manages all things HR at Quest, from payroll and employee records to accounts payable and receivable. She ensures every staff member stays up to date on required training and paperwork, and she keeps our systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

Lindsay Davenport
Medical Coordinator
Lindsay oversees medical care for our residential program, ensuring clients attend all appointments and receive the care they need. She manages medication orders, keeps MARs in compliance with state regulations, and trains staff on new medical or physical care procedures. Lindsay also works closely with families and healthcare providers to coordinate care and keep everyone informed.

Natalie Hall
Coordinator of Day Training
Natalie leads our Day Training Program with creativity, care, and strong organization. She develops engaging schedules and events that align with each individual’s goals, while also overseeing staff, managing daily operations, and supporting team needs. Natalie ensures the program remains compliant with all state and federal regulations, contributes to agency planning, and plays a key role in the continued growth of the program.

Will Hinton
Coordinator of Community Services
Will oversees our Community Living Supports and Community Access programs, helping individuals reach their personal goals through daily living skills, volunteering, healthy living, and more. Known for his laid-back nature and great sense of humor, Will is a trusted leader among staff-someone his team regularly turns to for guidance and support. He works hard to ensure the right staff-client matches, provides hands-on training and creates an encouraging, person-centered environment for all involved.

Residential Coordinator
Rebecca leads our Residential Program with energy, compassion, and a deep commitment to those we serve. With a background in teaching and years of experience at Quest, she ensures our three on-site homes run smoothly, safety, and joyfully 24/7. Rebecca manages residential budgets, supports staff with hands-on leadership, and works closely with families to make sure each resident thrives. She’s the go-to person for all things residential-always upbeat, approachable, and dedicated to making the “farm” feel like home.

Farm & Grounds Supervisor
