You will provide one on one support through Community Living Support ( CLS) and Community Access (CA) —– helping individuals reach personal goals, volunteer, explore interests, and connect with others.

CLS focuses on helping individuals with everyday life, such as practicing independence, completing daily tasks, making choices, and developing skills for living more independently. CA focuses on helping individuals get involved in their community through activities, appointments, shopping, recreation, social opportunities, and other experiences that match their interests. Both roles are about building confidence, encouraging independence, and helping individuals live active, meaningful lives.

PRN for a group home:

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of others while working in a team-oriented, rewarding environment? If so, Quest Farm may be for you. This position works in a group home setting in Georgetown, providing caregiver services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Job duties for this position include administering medications, preparing meals, transporting clients, working on independent living skills, and prompting clients with cleanliness in the home.

Ideal candidates will possess the ability to communicate well with clients and fellow staff members, complete required documentation with basic Microsoft Office functions in a timely manner, and ensure the best quality of support and care for the clients in their home.

The hours for this position are can vary depending on the shift that needs covered. This is a part-time position.
